[ATTENTION] Regarding Starting a Raid Practise

ONLY maxy6000 or Pc.Charley can start a Raid Practise due to the reason that it always has been started by GoS or CnC. And there must a large amount of CO's online and they must vote to have a Raid Practise. Also, there has to be an amount of people to train in the Practise. Practise must be done in a Dark room. Last Practise was in Pc.Charley's large HC room with a bunch of furni. Keep up that way!
